Wait for our support team to approve your request and send you specific return shipping instructions
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service (tracking information is required for all returns)
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is delivered to our warehouse and inspected to meet return eligibility, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event that the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged product on arrival).
